I’m the creator behind Kelly Designs, where I craft handmade, eco-friendly homewares designed to bring originality and character to your home. My pieces are proudly stocked in the National Gallery of Ireland Shop in Dublin city and the beautiful gift store Project 29 in Stoneybatter.
I launched Kelly Designs in 2023 with a strong commitment to sustainability. Every item is made from Jesmonite, a versatile, eco-conscious material composed of a mineral powder derived from sedimentary rock and a water-based acrylic resin.
Each piece is carefully crafted from start to finish—pouring with your chosen colours, sanding, and sealing. I operate a zero-waste process: any leftover material from one pour is dried and turned into small chips, which are then incorporated into other pieces to create my signature terrazzo finish. This ensures that almost nothing ever goes to waste, supporting my ongoing sustainable journey.
I also run creative workshops, which are a fantastic way to learn the craft, have fun, and make your own unique piece to take home. Whether you're exploring a new hobby or planning an enjoyable activity with friends, my workshops offer a relaxed, hands-on experience. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for more information.
All products are designed, poured, sanded, and sealed by hand in my home studio in Killiney, County Dublin.
Thank you so much for visiting my site and supporting Irish handmade design. Your support truly means the world.
